Dear friends of Floyd County:

I am seeking this office to help lead a series of strategic, decisive actions that will restore economic vitality and civic pride to Floyd County. Rome and its neighbors can once again lead northwest Georgia as its engine of real prosperity, but only if committed government leaders and our citizens will work together as partners, listening to each other and cooperatively finding workable solutions to the challenges we face.

I have always believed that Floyd County can foster an environment attractive to a wide range of industry and small businesses if it remains free of excessive, cumbersome regulations.
